Saint-Pierre Church of La Varenne

This pretty little church is renowned for the view from the top of its tower, which embraces the entire Loire Valley from Cellier to Champtoceaux. That said, apparently access to the said tower is only possible in July and August and at certain times.
A priori we cannot see the castle from the street. Small disappointment on that side.
The climb up the coast from the Loire à Vélo makes your calves warm :-)
