From the campsite in Saint-Avertin, I first head back to Tours. Leaving the busy city traffic behind, I continue on well-signposted paths, sometimes along the Loire, sometimes through small towns and vineyards, to Amboise. I cross the river and cycle back down the opposite bank to Tours, then back to the campsite.
