Great hike with many highlights and great views. When the weather is very sunny, it can of course get very hot in the vineyards. Return journey by train from Karlstadt possible every half hour.

Nice hike at the height of Karlstadt to Retzbach. We partly followed the Maintal hiking trail and Marienweg, partly just walked through the vineyard. Today we preferred the sun to the forest 😉. Good train connection between Karlstadt and Retzbach!
