A very beautiful mouth. Through vineyards on the way there, almost exclusively on bike paths. Very beautiful scenery. Plenty of picnic spots. The return journey begins on a greenway along a canal, then leads through villages. Relatively little elevation gain throughout the route.

An incredibly scenic route, very well signposted. The wind was a blessing/ curse so lucky it was a loop as it was a bit windy. The early ride takes away the temptation to imbibe along the way. But obviously back in Beaune there is no shortage of opportunities to savour the local produce.
