The path is partly overgrown with plants. It is advisable to take a stick or trekking poles with you to clear the path a bit. There are always prickly plants along the way, be careful. These are painful. Sturdy shoes are also required as the ground is very slippery in some places. Due to the conditions and the high temperatures, …

Salazai is great - Pasquiere partly with abundant vegetation - End of March 26 we only met one couple.
The last half is currently being built into a road, or the construction work seems to have been abandoned - it was actually no problem for the hike. The connecting part in the north unfortunately runs along the road, but for …

Walking up 300-400m from Pasquerre Beach, you will see a hut on the right in the bend (by the stream). Angelo lives there; he spent years in Germany. Nice guy with his own spring to fill up water bottles.

Great hike! Right through the natural jungle! In one part the path is very densely overgrown. Be sure to bring long pants!
Thank God there are no poisonous insects! Just a pair of giant spiders but they don't do anything.
Simply awesome for outdoor freaks😁

I do not recommend doing it after a heavy rain because the path becomes difficult to pass in places because it is flooded.
In all cases, you must bring water, good shoes and possibly mosquito repellent.
The return via the Pasquiere Track is of little interest. It is …

Wonderful tour through the nature of Praslin! Unfortunately the way back is not so exciting as there is a lot of walking on the road. Still highly recommended!
