I can only recommend this hike to anyone who wants to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of nature and the landscape with all their senses.

Beautiful far-reaching views and quiet seclusion in the valley. A rather unspectacular Wispertrail but a beautiful day in nature with the best company.

We're out on the Wispertrail "Ranseler Höhenrausch" in glorious weather. From the parking lot in Ransel, we first descend into the Ranselbach valley and then cross it. Then we head back across open fields to the southern edge of Ransel.

So, the second Wisper Trail today... I also liked this one very much... like all Wisper Trails, this one also has a high proportion of meadows and grass.

Great little trail... just everything that makes a good hiking trail.

The signposting here is also very good, so that you can walk without a GPS track.

I really enjoyed this trail...

A beautiful, quiet tour through forest and field, on this sunny Pentecost Saturday. Despite the long weekend and the most beautiful sunshine, we were completely alone for the entire tour, except for two brief encounters, which was very relaxing.

A great area, great views and a nice route. Not very long but why not a short round.
The weather was wonderful and the first stretch was shady through wooded sections before we went through sun-drenched meadows.
