Bright sunshine, 15 degrees, and blue skies – perfect hiking weather!
We started at the small hiking car park in Nesselhof (only 5 parking spaces). From there, we headed uphill towards the Neue Ausspanne and then along the Rennsteig trail to the Alte Ausspanne – always a nice climb, but a pleasure in this weather.
