February 10, 2024,Rundweg Giebelheide zur Burgruine Forchtenberg an der Kupfer entlang

Today we were on one of our regular routes. We started in Forchtenberg, but because of geniessertour.de, we stopped at the train station parking lot instead of the bus station. The first section is along the city wall to the church and then up to the castle ruins. The view in all directions from the tower is truly beautiful. Above …

Today we made a nice tour starting in Forchtenberg, a pretty little town. Quiet forest paths, accompanied by a babbling brook. Relaxation at its finest.

Showing Translation

I started the route with the path through the copper valley, because I think this is the much more beautiful and natural path. You can always make small detours directly to the water. The "way back" leads past the impressive castle ruins of Forchtenberg and then through the beautiful old town center of the town

Showing Translation

The tour starts through a beautiful little old town, then climbs to a castle ruin. Then, a leisurely loop through forests and paths.

Showing Translation

Mostly boring tour, especially the way back didn't give us anything.
