The route winds through the picturesque landscapes of Cecil County, Maryland, offering scenic views of the Chesapeake Bay headwaters and the C&D Canal. You'll encounter a mix of surfaces, from paved roads to packed and coarse gravel, especially within the Fair Hill Natural Resources Management Area. The Whitely Farms section adds to the challenge with packed dirt, roots, and rocks, alongside well-groomed singletrack.
