The 442-hectare Finca Pública Planícia estate features three marked hiking trails, which we've combined into a varied and scenic tour.

We begin our hike at the parking area opposite the entrance to the estate. Access is either via the stile next to the gate or via a path directly by the sign opposite the parking area.
