Hoëgne Communal Forest

Highlight (Segment) • Bridge

One of the most beautiful sections in the valley of the Hoënge, because it goes over numerous wooden bridges and small bridges, sometimes right, sometimes left along the rushing river. Everywhere small waterfalls are splashing.

A beautiful hike along the river, with beaver tracks everywhere. We were even lucky enough to see two.

It goes over hill and dale, across small bridges and root paths. Simply worth seeing. There's a circular trail, but we decided to follow the river on the way back.

And we were lucky with the weather.
