Mam Tor South Face

Highlight (Segment) • Climb

Short and sweet climb to the top of Mam Tor. Seems almost easy in comparison to the neighbouring Winnats pass or Mam Nick.

To reach the hill's summit you'll need to climb off and shoulder or push your bike as it's a footpath to the top.

Edale Road to Pennine Way Start

Highlight • Viewpoint

A lovely quite road into Edale. Here is the starting point of the Pennine Way. A trail which runs for 431km to Kirk Yetholm in the Scottish Borders. There are a few cafes and a couple of nice pubs in the village.

Jaggers Clough Descent to River Crossing

Highlight (Segment) • Viewpoint

This is a super fun descent down to a river crossing. It starts off fairly mellow with some embedded rocks and the occasional loose ones before your first gate crossing, views down to Hope are pretty spectacular. Once through the gate the terrain changes slightly to a steeper and more challenging descent with plenty of loose rocks to get you excited. Mega fun if you're into your fast rocky descents and don't get freaked out by letting your bike take on the impact and it occasionally slipping out.

Winnats Pass

Highlight (Segment) • Viewpoint

Winnats Pass is a tough climb out of Castleton through a dramatic limestone cleft. It starts off relatively gently, but gets steeper as you near the top.

The road can get busy with traffic, so take care when going down.
