All I had in me after lots of work on our house projects and a sore back 🥵
Back home again - still a bit sore after 5 weeks without cycling and a 24-hour flight, but the weather was too nice to sleep in 😁

Bad idea to be on suburban roads between 8 and 8:30 AM: nearly every school kid gets driven and dropped by their parents in the car - blocked roads at every school. Towards the hills I realised that I forgot to bring my legs - no punch 🥵 so I had to take it a bit easy on the way …

My ,back yard hills loop' with a new find - Green Valley: quiet road through Adelaide Hills countryside, doesn't get you anywhere but good to collect an extra climb. Still cold out there but at least the heavy rain stopped 🙏
Today it was time for a quick test to see whether my old baguette would roll on the underside of the earth disk or the other side of the street 😁
The circuit deserves some attention, otherwise the French yogurt cup ran like it was at home ✌️🇨🇵🇦🇺🤠

Back on the road after a day with incredible storm and buckets of rain. Lots of debris on the road, up in the hills it became foggy and wet.
