The start of this tour was rather boring. Along the street and the Mittelhausen industrial area is not necessarily what I want to see on a hike. Even finding a parking space was a challenge.
At the gravel pits it was the same picture in every corner. Anglers everywhere were looking for a quiet spot.

Small hike in the north of Erfurt in wonderful sunny November weather. The paths past the new gravel lakes are very attractive. The way back along the Gera is also quite nice. Only the first stretch along the road and past the commercial area is a bit vague.
