In France I got to know ostrich meat for the first time.
It really is a recommendation.
Low in cholesterol and so tasty that you only need a little salt and you can do without pepper and other spices.

Barbara and Wolfgang have already done the tour several times - so we started at 10.30 a.m. in wonderful sunny weather near Stammen.
The journey took about half an hour.

The route is incredibly beautiful and very varied!
A highlight is definitely the Carlsbahn tunnel near Diesel, the climb at the south portal is easy to manage, it's definitely worth it.
