Dresden is a beautiful city that has a lot of history to offer. I am always overwhelmed by so much art on these historic buildings. One highlight chases the other. Anyone who is visiting Dresden should not miss the ascent to the tower of the Frauenkirche. It can also be visited inside. Unfortunately, there is currently a major construction site …

DRESDEN is worth a trip. I explored the city with the hop on/ hop off bus. This was followed by a city tour and a visit to the Semperoper. Terrific. Unfortunately, the time was too short to make a detour to the Elbe Sandstone Mountains.
Will surely follow. 😀

A combined 🚌🥾 tour with a hop-on/hop-off bus. At the end, we walked back to the city from Äußere Neustadt along the Elbe riverbank.

Showing Translation

Today we took the hop-on/hop-off tour and did a lot of walking through Dresden.

What a great city – even if it's currently almost eerily "empty."

With the exception of the Blue Wonder, all the beer gardens were empty.

Even in the Zwinger Palace (currently undergoing partial renovation), there were hardly any people.
