The sun wasn't out today and the wind was quite fresh at times. Still a nice hike, with Hoheneck Castle almost always in view.

Really a very recommendable hiking tour. The weather was fantastic today and you could enjoy wonderful views. The castle itself was not open, but through the gate you could have a look into the inner courtyard. In Ipsheim there is the Cafe Stube. Homemade, very tasty cake is offered there.
