July 26, 2022,Tour Gavarnie - Cirque - La Branche de Roland
Since, I live in the Netherlands I am not hiking that much anymore, by now I went for holidays in the Pyrenees. Nice tour from Gavarnie. Unfortunately, it was fairly cloudy in the beginning so I did not have a clear view over the Cirque the Gavarnie. Later, the ski cleared up and the I got much better view.
Crossing the Gave is only possible below the Cascade, bridge after the Hôtel du Cirque has collapsed.
