The Cirque de Gavarnie is the French side of the Mont Perdu massif. This natural site is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Its highest point at more than 3,000 meters or its immense waterfalls of up to 400 meters drop make it a unique spectacle that attracts many walkers. It may not be the quietest place in the Pyrenees, but the space is such that you will find a way to isolate yourself and enjoy this monument in peace.
