Almscliff Crag

Almscliff Crag can be viewed from the road, or you can follow one of the footpaths up to the rocks.

It's a moorland grit stone rock, popular as a viewpoint and as a premier rock climbing venue.

After reading the news over breakfast this was just what was needed to escape the s##tshow that is the world at the moment. Sun, blue sky, flowers starting to bloom, red kites, buzzards, hundreds of young deer at Harewood and the beautiful Yorkshire countryside. Now have to sit and listen to West Ham loose against Arsenal which they surely will!!! …
