January 22, 2023,Tottenham Hale to Cambridge Heath - including Capital Ring 13

Been nursing a bad knee for almost two months, wanted to ease myself back in gently with a flat, not too long route. Walthamstow Marsh was an impassable ice rink, otherwise this was a straightforward, mostly path walk.
