Turned a nearly sand-free lap today. Try's eyes are irritated by the wind, sand and salt, so today we have not found a beach, but a sheltered alternative.

Great tour today in lovely weather. Only the violent storming wind on the top of the dike caused us to deviate from the planned route and to take the shortcut to Ostland, in order to start the way back to the center of Borkum from there after adequate refreshment.
