Today we drove in the Streutal via Mellrichstadt to Ostheim in front of the Rhön and on to Nordheim v. i.e. Rhoen. Via Oberelsbach we went home again in the valley of the Els. The way back to Bad Neustadt led through Wollbach. The bike path was mostly paved, varied and quite demanding due to the heat and headwind. Despite …

1 x across the Rhön. In Oberelsbach we had a good breakfast at the Lenhardt bakery.

We continued via Unterelsbach, Bastheim, Geckenau to Unsleben to Roswitha Amschler's natural garden (open to every garden lover free of charge) and on to Heustreu up to the Harvest Crown. 👑 What a great view over the Streutal to the Hochrhön. MEGA.

Today we did a tour that I've had on my bucket list for a long time. We drove to Fladungen and then cycled to Bad Neustadt and back. The way there led us via Heufurt, Nordheim and Ostheim first to Mellrichstadt and then on to Bad Neustadt. A super developed cycle path - the Streutal cycle path.
