January 23, 2025,Scotland's last duel. Fife Coastal Path. Puncture 4.93miles run back pushing bike

Technical, very rooted trail, constant focus needed.
4.93 miles left then a rear puncture, peattys fluid didnt stop it. Had to run back pushing a 24kg bike, backpack on. At times I was standing on one side of the bike, right foot on left side peddle, using left leg to push the bike faster, trying to keep weight on front …
