From Frehel to Cap Frehel. At the Cap east of the lighthouse on a rock we could even spot little penguins. Then visited the old fort La Latte; an old castle from the 13th century that was well worth a visit. Finally along the coast south again to return to the starting position.

Our Sunday tour begins at the beautiful campsite "Les Roches", which is located above Erguy and offers impressive views of the bay. We pass wide sandy beaches and seaside resorts and reach the lighthouse at Cap Fréhel, where we park our bikes.
