A scenic ridge hike from the Fronalpstock to the Klingenstock with impressive views of Lake Lucerne, Lake Uri, Rigi, Pilatus, Urirotstock, and Mythen.

The ascent to the Fronalpstock is by cable car from Stoos (CHF 23, GA travel pass not valid) or on foot along a well-maintained trail.

The ridge path is technically easy, well-marked, and snow-free.

Finally the weather and the appointment calendar have matched 😀 We went to Stoos Canton Schwyz and from there up to the Klingenstock - the first stretch of around 600 m, mostly in the blazing morning sun. It was already very warm in the morning and it didn't get really cooler during the day 😅
