The Achensee is located at an altitude of just under 1000 meters. A great lake with turquoise water, crystal clear and almost drinkable. The water temperature was 19 degrees. Everything is very nicely laid out, very clean, enough affordable parking spaces (1 hour €2), public toilet, also clean, for €0.50!!!, many restaurants... very beautiful path that leads around the lake.
