Since we were at the dam this afternoon for an event, I took the opportunity and took the MTB with me to ride home.🚵‍♂️
A beautiful route on forest paths and a total of 500 meters downhill.
The biking is going well despite the problems with my ankle - next week I will carefully start running.🏃‍♂️🐌
