We had to go to Greifswald for family reasons and it was quite sad.

But before we set off we had already picked out a nice hiking route for the afternoon that we had never been to before. So the day turned out to be nice after all and the sad thoughts were at least somewhat put into perspective.

The starting point ▶️/finish 🏁 was the parking lot 🅿️ (1 hour/€1.50; 2 hours/€2; day/€5) on Strandweg. From here ⬇️, the route led along/on the water 🧊 towards the bungalow complex 🏘️ Loissin.

I estimate the ice thickness 🤔 to be approximately 5 to 7 cm.
