June 10, 2023,Dem Albbähnle entlang bis Amstetten und über das Lonetal zurück
From Giengen we went up to Gerstetten to our first train station along the Albbähnle to Amstetten. On our route we found beautiful but also bizarre stations. From Amstetten we continued to Urspring, the origin of the Lone. Now our path meandered through the entire Lone Valley until just before Hürben. Unfortunately, we found that the lone was not always …

Today from Amstetten to the Lone Valley. I would now have to describe a long list of impressions and events in order to do justice to the enchanting valley, but writing is not my world. Look at the pictures and then go there yourself and be amazed. What really annoyed me for the first 45 km was the strong wind …

By train to Amstetten, then cycled the Lone Valley cycle path. Stop at the Charlottenhöhle and still through the Eselsburger Tal to Herbrechtingen. Then the 9 euro ticket was used again 👍. Then take the train back to Geislingen via Ulm. Weather and train connections were perfect 😃
However, I only started Koomot in Urspring.
