November 5, 2024,Anello di malga Cuar e monte Prat da Alesso. (il volo della colomba).
Today, a long e-bike ride on dirt roads in the mountains between Val d'Arzino and Val Tagliamento.
The climb starts very steeply from Alesso. Trying to use the battery as little as possible to preserve its charge (given the significant positive difference in altitude), the uphill climb is felt.
The itinerary is very beautiful, long and articulated in forest roads …

I had to stop and take a picture of the new addition to the wall on the road from Monte Prat to San Rocco celebrating @Jonathanmilan TDF Sprint victory 2025.... Great result for a FVG cyclist
Suitable for those who want to do a bit of effort without technical difficulties and throw away 1750m of altitude difference downhill without even making a path, but only dirt and asphalt. Unpaved shortcut from near Cule di Forcja to Cjanet not passable to date due to landslides and crashes of trees.

Today a very nice relaxing ride on a well-kept forest road with "Cansiglio" type landscapes then up to Malga Cuar and down the old luxury road😁

A year ago I went around clockwise and it seemed less tiring. Today's first section is decidedly demanding and the early heat made itself felt. Let's say that everything is repaid by the 9 km of fast descent on forest paths

Showing Translation

First part to be modified due to the collapsed bridge and the unusable path to take the main road. After the first climb on asphalt, an ugly and ruined path... then everything is ok

Showing Translation

Great tour on forest roads. Pay attention to the uphill stretch before Cuel di Forcie because the road has become a narrow path in part. Also, the very long descent from Malga Cuar to Alesso has a treacherous gravel surface in places.
