Definitely worth a tour.
There are places to stop for refreshments halfway up and at the top.
Very friendly staff at the hut halfway up.

Mountain bikers and hiking trails are separate and adhered to by everyone. Every now and then our paths cross briefly, but with mutual consideration it's no problem at all. Very nice area for hiking.
