Yes, first downhill today, then uphill. My journey was long enough...
The entire route is in very good condition for racing bikes. Light doesn't hurt as there are over a dozen galleries and tunnels, some well lit, some less so.
From Chiavenna it goes uphill with 7-10%. In the Italian 🇮🇹 midday heat that's not optimal, but the heat training …
