Shortened tour due to heavy rain beforehand. But there were super powerful waterfalls and lush greenery all around. At the Miners Village (more info: glendalough.ie/heritage/glendalough-mines/) there were even more waterfalls. For long-distance hikers, the Wicklow Way crosses the valley here, which is certainly recommended for its scenery. Today we continued on to Kilkenny on our Ireland road trip.
