As I was driving up in the car, a fox suddenly sat right next to the road! 🦊

The winter hiking trail was not officially open yet. There were still quite a few people on foot and with snowshoes.
It was wonderful with the sun today and a real winter wonderland with the snow ❄️❄️

A winter or almost spring round. The Langis winter hiking trail is officially closed. The path is partly covered with snow or icy, partly dry but mostly wet. I still enjoyed the round. However, this route is not really recommended at the moment. It's better to wait and see whether it snows again or whether spring really comes.

Sensationally beautiful winter hiking trail along the large Schliere. A normal Tuesday and hardly any free parking spaces on Langis, that says it all. Well-pathed path, a few icy spots. The spikes under the shoes also gave me a lot of security.
