Starting from the Lofer/Loderbichl middle station, we went straight uphill. The last piece before the summit requires sure-footedness. When we reached the top, we had a wonderful panorama in front of us. The way down was very steep at the beginning. A short coffee break at the Soderkaser hut and then back to Loderbichl via the waterfall path.
Conclusion: exhausting …

Pure pleasure with a little work 🤩🇦🇹❤️🥾⛰️

An idyllic hike with a difference in altitude at the beginning through incredible nature.

Marble Lake was disappointing but the walk to get there was beautiful! From there it got fuller because the train wasn't far. And the huts too! Luckily - strengthened after a Kaiserschmarrn - we continued downhill past the waterfalls!

From the Lofer valley station, we climbed via the Bräugföllalm (1261 m) to the Grubhörndl (1681 m). After a short break, we returned via the waterfall path to the middle station. Then, we took the lift back.

Ascent a lot via climbs - little going on - at the summit the red marble lake is also enlivening - down over the alpine …
