The starting and ending point of our circular hike today was the Rohden Forest Pool.

First, we followed a beautiful sunken lane uphill, then turned right toward the Ibornbach stream, which beautifully flows over mossy limestone sinter ledges.

Here, we turned right onto Schneegrundstrasse, past the former Friends of Nature House.

A larger tour was actually planned, but we spent so much time observing that we had to reschedule.
Deer, chaffinches, woodpeckers, etc. have repeatedly crossed our path and then the beautiful Ibornquelle.
It was a beautiful and really idyllic tour 🥰
