After the rain finally stopped in the early afternoon, we headed to Friedrichstadt. Founded by the Dutch, the city isn't called Little Amsterdam for nothing. Canal tours are also offered there. The market square and the narrow streets are well worth seeing, with their many old stepped-gabled houses.
