The Aartalsee is a reservoir in the upper Aartal valley and is located in the municipalities of Bischoffen and Hohenahr in the Lahn-Dill district, north of the district capital of Wetzlar and northwest of Giessen in Hesse.

A beautiful circular walk around the lake. Unfortunately, no sun today. In summer, swimming is possible. It's worth a visit. 🙂
