Juliane drove me to the Krimmel Waterfalls and eloquently convinced me to run 440 meters of brisk elevation with her on the waterfall path up to the Oberhafen.

Ungnad training camp has opened 😱 but the impressions, the view, these waterfalls - they were worth it 😍
