The old town of the originally seaside town of Aigues-Mortes can be wonderfully explored from the intact city wall. From here you also have a great view over the landscape and salt fields of the Camargue.

Visit to the town founded by Louis IX of France (San Luigi) in the XIII century. Tour of the walls. A look at the pink colored salt pans.

On our return journey, we make a short stop in Aigues-Mortes, a beautiful town in the Camargue.
We walk along the well-preserved city walls, dating back to the 13th century. Afterwards, we stroll through a small market offering many local items.
