Hike of remarkable beauty. You reach the first three huts (Averau, Nuvolau and Scoiattoli). We avoided the 5 Torri to descend towards Passo Giau. After 20 min. there are some sections where the path loses altitude and rises again. This can be discouraging but all in all it doesn't require great effort.

Park at Rif. Dibona. The last 3 km are unpaved. The route follows trail 404 and, without major problems, reaches Forcella Col dei Bos. The descent through Val Travenanzes is very pleasant. Pleasant and easy hike. The climb towards the military posts (cannons) is quite simple. Once you reach the top, you'll find a beautiful little hut/shelter and a table with benches outside. Great for a scout outing. Very pleasant descent through the woods. The biotope area is beautiful.
