May 25, 2025,Von Waidhofen über Schloss Ullmerfeld nach Amstetten

Ullmerfeld Castle is located on the cycle path between Waidhofen/Y and Amstetten. A stopover is worthwhile, especially for the bakery/patisserie in the castle grounds. And if you've never been to Amstetten, you should do so before you take the Westbahn back home.

For an ice cream in Waidhofen. We drove back from Kematen to Aschbach Markt and then along the Westbahn cycle path to Amstetten. 6.2 km before the end, the phone was empty. I liked the ride out better than the ride into Waidhofen. From Kematen onwards there was little traffic and along the Westbahn there was a lovely cycle path.
