Enjoy the view from this lookout tower over the Cape forests, aptly named 'the Cape'. This tower is no less than 25 meters high and offers a beautiful view over the entire Utrechtse Heuvelrug. From this vantage point you can see the Amerongse Berg in the east and even the Domtoren in the center of Utrecht in the west. Did you know that in clear weather you can even see the Rhine in the south?

It is quite a climb, but in clear weather you have a fantastic view. Come during the week instead of a busy weekend.

High above the trees, you see the obelisk that forms the top of the Pyramid of Austerlitz. Many Dutch people are not aware of the existence of this pyramid.
