길이 더 이상 아래쪽까지 이어지지 않습니다. Pizzi Bianchi 바위까지는 잘 갈 수 있습니다 (꽤 가파르고 미끄러지지 않는 좋은 신발이 있어야 합니다). 하지만 그 후에는 가파른 경사면을 따라 매우 키가 큰 풀과 덤불 속으로 이어지는 매우 알아보기 어려운 길만 있습니다. 이것을 극복하고 울타리 조각을 넘을 수 있다면, 벤치와 나무 아치가 있는 전망대에 도착할 수 있습니다. 오래된 선베드 몇 개도 있습니다. 그 후에는 절벽에서 끝나기 때문에 더 이상 계속 가는 것은 의미가 없습니다. 길은 확실히 더 이상 존재하지 않습니다. 그러면 다시 위로 올라가야 합니다 ;-)

Sorgeto Bay is one of the hidden treasures of Ischia. It is located on the south coast of the island and offers a unique natural thermal experience thanks to its natural hot springs that flow directly into the sea, creating a mixture of hot and cold water. TIP: The bay can be reached by land via the hamlet of Panza in the municipality of Forio, climbing 250 panoramic steps, or by sea with a taxi boat from the village of Sant’Angelo which also connects with Maronti beach.

There are hot thermal springs by the sea

From the Café Floreana in Serrara, a steep climb on good paths. The high path on the slope requires surefootedness and good fitness. The views are stunning. But we were so exhausted at the church of San Maria del Monte that we called a taxi when we finally reached a narrow, drivable asphalt road.

At 788 meters, Monte Epomeo is the highest mountain on the island of Ischia. If you like to go hiking on vacation (or, like me, are forced to by your girlfriend), you shouldn't miss the beautiful but somewhat strenuous 1-1.5 hour walk to the top of the mountain. When you reach the top you will be rewarded with a wonderful view over the island of Ischia!
