The Melkspitze belongs to the Walserkamm and can only be reached via a challenging ridge path. The path has exposed and craggy spots and is only recommended in dry conditions. Coming from Gerenspitze to the Melkspitze there is a craggy place secured with a rope. The way from the Melkspitze to the Tälispitze is a bit easier, but still narrow and requires surefootedness and a head for heights. And yes, as on the entire Walserkamm, the views are simply stunning, and this ridge path is an absolute highlight for experienced hikers.

A beautiful, narrow forest path leads through the Hölltobel, where you are accompanied by the pleasant babbling of the brook. The Hölltobel looks wild and romantic and is a beautiful section. The paths are nice and narrow, e.g. Sometimes a bit muddy, but I really like trails like that ... a little bit wild, or wildly romantic and the splashing ... just great!

The Gerenspitze is located on the Walserkamm in the beautiful Walsertal. A short, harmless path leads along the ridge from the Schäfisjoch over the Gerenspitze, Schäfiskopf to the Bärenjoch. The rest of the Walserkamm is then very demanding and not officially marked. But on this beautiful short section along the ridge you can enjoy wonderful views and the landscape of this area is simply a dream and you can also enjoy wonderful views on the way up to the ridge.

There is no summit cross on the Schäfiskopf, but on the short (technically easy) path along the ridge from Schäfisjoch over Gerenspitze, Schäfiskopf to Bärenjoch you can enjoy the most beautiful view. A beautiful area!

A ridge path (T4) leads over the Kreuzspitze (highest point 1944 m above sea level). Surefootedness and a head for heights and dry conditions are required on this path. The views from this path and the Kreuzspitze are incredibly beautiful and the surrounding area offers a lot of landscape. I was blown away by this beautiful area and I really want to come back here 😊. The Kreuzspitze belongs to the Walserkamm and is located in the beautiful Walsertal.
