The Guido Sutermeister Archaeological Museum in Legnano, named after its founder, is the city's main institution dedicated to the ancient history of the area, once known for the Golasecca Culture. The museum houses artifacts spanning a period from prehistory to the Roman era, offering a vital overview of the peoples who inhabited the Alto Milanese area. If you'd like to visit, the museum is open Tuesday through Saturday, both in the morning from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm and in the afternoon from 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm. On Sundays, it's open only in the morning from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm, and is closed on Mondays.

Palazzo Malinverni is the elegant seat of Legnano's Town Hall, located opposite the basilica of the same name. Built and completed in 1908 by industrialist Antonio Malinverni, the building stands out for its eclectic style, blending Neo-Renaissance influences with Art Nouveau details. It is characterized by an imposing central clock tower on the façade.

The Visconti Castle of Legnano, also known as the Castle of San Giorgio, is a historic medieval fortification located on a natural island created by a meander of the Olona River. Originally built by the Torriani family in the 13th century, and later the residence of the powerful Visconti family, the castle is now owned by the Municipality of Legnano after being converted into a farm in the 18th century. In addition to being a fascinating example of fortified architecture, the Visconti Castle is an important cultural center of the city. It houses the College of Captains and Contrade and serves as an exhibition venue, housing works of art such as the famous triptych of the Battle of Legnano by the painter Gaetano Previati and sculptures by Ugo Riva. The entire complex is surrounded by the picturesque Castle Park, a much-loved green oasis.
