Always open (it doesn't really have a fence). Taking the widest tour we are around 730 meters. The entire route is on beaten earth. There are a couple of ramps of a few meters and if you want a part on the dirt. It is worth mentioning some equipment for doing exercises.

It is certainly worth visiting the sixteenth-century buildings, the park and the nymphaeum. The latter boasts an astonishing array of statues, frescoes, mosaics, fountains and grotesques.

Transiting along the Villoresi canal cycle path as it is not possible to circulate inside by bicycle in Lainate it is worth making a short stop and visit the park of the villa (on foot)
