From Pizzo Formico (1636 m) you can enjoy a spectacular view of the Bergamo Prealps, the Seriana Valley, the Gandino Valley and, on clear days, even Monviso. What you can see from the summit: Val Seriana and the Clusone plateau. Val Gandino, with its historic villages. Presolana, the "Queen of the Orobie". Lake Iseo, visible on clear days. Adamello Group, the Bergamo and Lecco Orobie. Po Valley, with glimpses of the Apennines. The summit cross, 12 meters high, is a point of reference for hikers and is illuminated on special occasions

The view is very nice in all directions. On the top, there is a cross where you can sit and enjoy the place. Also there you can find the directions and names of the mountains around you.

The Carlo Medici ai Cassinelli refuge is located at 1568 m above sea level. in front of the southern face of the Presolana massif. Originally it was a dairy used in the summer for sheep farming; at the beginning of the 60s the municipality of Castione della Presolana renovated the structure and then entrusted the management to the Clusone section of the CAI, which began to use it first as a social hut and later to open it to the public in the summer periods. Since December 2013 it has been promoted to a refuge. Next to the refuge there is a mountain pasture structure with a pond for watering the herds.

Great view to Monte Guglielmo and the Orobie Alpe, broad summit. There's even a plaque listing nearby peaks and towns. Also not far to the Parafülmen hut, where there are great cakes

Refuge at 1969mt. great food. mule track to climb that alternates concrete and stones with gradients always in double digits and peaks around 25%

Refuge located in a splendid setting among the Orobie mountains, at an altitude of 1536 metres, above Monte Farno. Reachable on foot with a pleasant walk suitable for everyone, by bike, or in winter with snowshoes or ski mountaineering.

A coveted half, from here a technical descent to the Malgalunga starts, not to be underestimated....
