I think it's really great that there are still small private breweries like this and that delicious beer is brewed here. I like drinking beer and also like trying new and unknown types of beer. I would have liked to buy something here, but I was on a long tour and didn't have room for a few beers. It's a shame. But postponed is not cancelled. I might order online sometime when it's working smoothly again. The Gotthilf brewery, founded in 2014, brews hand-crafted, naturally cloudy beers in beautiful Holstein. This is intended to create a counterbalance to industrially produced beers, which are characterized by an increasing tendency towards uniform taste. True, it's nice for swimming, but unfortunately it's in a shady spot. So it's probably more of a dog-bathing spot.
